Developing cryogenic chips for the next generation of Quantum Technologies

The Problem

Quantum devices need room temperature electronics to bias, readout and control the quantum devices, this is costly in terms of required hardware, and forms a wiring bottleneck when scaling to larger quantum devices.

The Solution

Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) that use reliable CMOS technology and operate at cryogenic temperatures reduce the cost and enable operation on larger number of quantum devices.

Who are we?

With a strong foundation in academia and having demonstrated several prototypes in the lab, FrostByte span out of the Delft University of Technology to develop products out of the developed expertise and enable the next step in control of quantum devices.
